It's officially soup season! I do love a good soup, and this is one of the easiest, and tastiest soups that you will ever make!
I posted this as a Reel on my Instagram, and have written out the full recipe below.
You will need:
As many tomatoes as you can (I used cherry and normal tomatoes)
1 red pepper
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Method:
Bake in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes
