Ingredients:

For the Cake:

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs

– 4 cups milk
– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup cornstarch
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. Prepare the Cake:

– In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

– In a large saucepan, whisk together the milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly.
