Recipe Roti prata

  6. Fold: Fold the rolled-out dough into pleats, then coil it into a round ball. Let it rest for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Roll Again: Roll out the coiled dough ball into a thin, flat circle.
  8. Cook: Heat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat. Place the rolled-out dough on the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve: Serve hot with your favourite curry or dipping sauce.
