  1. Make the Gnocchi:
    • In a large pot of salted water, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
    • Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the ricotta cheese, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    • Add the cooked gnocchi to the tomato sauce and stir to coat. Cook for 5 minutes more, or until the gnocchi are heated through.
