  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup honey


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Place one sheet of phyllo dough in the prepared pan and brush with melted butter.
  4. Repeat with 10 more sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  6. Sprinkle half of the nut mixture over the phyllo dough.
  7. Top with 5 more sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining nut mixture over the phyllo dough.
